Like Nike says: Just Do It. Just take action and do it.
In this episode, I’m going to talk about four strategies on how you can motivate yourself and just do it. Just take the action you need to take to create your online business to create the dream life that you desire. I was reminded of the slogan the other day, just do it. And it made me think the phrase doesn’t say, prepare to do it or wait for someone to push me or tell me to do it. It says, Just do it.
But too many times we’re waiting for someone to tell us to do something, or we’re waiting for the right moment to do something, we think we need to wait until it feels right. And unfortunately, when we wait for everything to be perfect, or for someone to push us and motivate us before we do it before we just take action, usually that means we’re probably never going to do it.
The truth is, we probably will never be prepared enough. We just need to take action, we just need to take that step of faith and do it anyway.

Heather Langford Oynes has a passion and a skill set to help women and married couples steward their money according to biblical principles. This comes from her enthusiasm regarding personal finances, that the Lord began leading her to help others with their money in 2016. In the past year at age 35, Heather took that full step of faith and retired from her 11 year career as a pharmacist, and transitioned into her passion for financial coaching full time.

We all struggle with insecurities, our self worth, and our confidence.
The problem is if we don’t overcome our insecurities, know our self worth, and identity in Christ, and also increase our confidence in how we see ourselves, we won’t be successful and accomplish what we want to, and we won’t step into who God created us to be. I believe most people fail to grow and reach their full potential and step into their God given destiny is the lack of confidence and not believing in themselves. They don’t see the possibilities and gifts God put in them. And this puts a ceiling on our potential, our self competence, or what we believe our self worth is equals our identity and our identity is how we see ourselves.
You will never succeed in life or goal in life beyond your identity or how you see yourself.

We have a choice. You have a choice and the most powerful thing you can do in your life is just to decide. For some of us, we wait for the perfect time, the perfect moment. And I want to tell you to forget perfection. Perfection is just an illusion. Nothing is perfect. So stop trying to wait until something is perfect. And if you think about it, if you are waiting to do something until the perfect timing, honestly, you are just procrastinating.
No judgment. I've definitely been there. You have an underlying false belief that needs to be looked at. If you want to pivot, forget perfection, it is just an illusion.
In an underlying false belief, no successful entrepreneur out there has created something incredible because it was the perfect timing. No one waited until it was perfect. Most of those great ideas and products came from struggle, internal struggle, and external struggle. businesses were built from struggles, from loss from depression, from pains, and from a craving to be more and wanting more successful online businesses were created from everything you might be feeling right now. But one thing it wasn't built from was perfection. It was built from failure from fear. And the most important of them all, it was built because they decided to surrender to the purpose that was in their heart.

I am more grounded, positive, at peace and more proactive during the day. It wasn’t always that way!
