Like many coaches just starting their business, Stacy faced a common obstacle: growing her email list. However, she had an additional challenge—she didn't want to rely on social media.

"I don't hate social media," Stacy explains, "but it stressed me out when I thought about growing a business where I had to be tied to my phone all the time and had to post 15 times at specific times of day. I just couldn't do it."

Before discovering an alternative approach, Stacy's email list consisted of just three subscribers (actually only two people, as one person had signed up with both their personal and business email).
