4 Tips to Get your Mind Right!!
I don’t know about you, but for me, the struggle to think right is very real. Satan loves to fill our minds with thoughts that are not of God–tempting thoughts, negative thoughts, anxious thoughts, depressing thoughts.
With all that is going on in the world right now, many people feel isolated, lonely, and even confused by all the different messages coming so hard at them.
Most battles we face start with the mind. It’s hard not to dwell on wrong thoughts. But those thoughts impact our emotions. Our emotions often feed our words, and those words usually direct our actions.
We don’t always realize that it starts with our thought life. Sometimes when I am struggling with negative or anxious thoughts, it takes me a while to realize it. I just feel down or catch myself saying negative things. I may even be in a bad mood “for no reason.”
